Definitions:

  1. Administrator – Cognosco.

  8. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. They help identify the software used by the User and individually personalize User’s experience with the Service. In particular, these files allow for recognizing the basic parameters of the User’s Device as well as display the website correctly and adjusted to User’s individual needs.  
  4. Administrator of the Service uses external Cookies for collecting general and anonymized statistical data via Google Analytics tools (external Cookies Administrator: Google Inc. based in the USA).

All above-mentioned changes may be performed by the User by means of a web browser or through service configuration. These settings may be changed especially in a way to block the automatic use of Cookies in a web browser’s settings or inform each and every time the Cookies are store on the User’s Device.   2. Browsing the websites of the Service in case of not changing the settings of the browser in terms of using Cookies shall be recognized by Cognosco as an action clearly expressing User’s consent for using Cookies in accordance with the aims described in this policy.
